KixRenew™ currently ships within the United States.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed before being transferred to our fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery is typically 5–11 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is $8.99. Orders of $40 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.

Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for tracking information to update after your order ships.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact support@kixrenew.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears significantly delayed or tracking indicates a delivery issue, contact us at support@kixrenew.com with your order number and we'll help investigate.
